UX/UI Designer, Web Designer at Hutko.dev

The company Hutko.dev invites an ambitious UI/UX Designer – a professional who wants, knows how, and enjoys creating concise and user-friendly designs. In our team, you will definitely be able to influence the final appearance of the finished product.

Important Note: Only candidates with proven commercial experience (Not only Pet projects!)

Fully remote (the team is located in Kharkiv).

About Us: With over 10 years of experience in developing complex web and mobile applications from scratch, we specialize in creating digital solutions from concept to support at all stages of development. We have a passion for high-quality products and work closely with international clients.

A designer’s perspective is essential to assessing the quality and usability of the entire product. When necessary, our designer becomes involved in the project from its inception.

Here’s an example of our workflow: Most projects start with Discovery phase, where we discuss details with the client and outline the vision for the future product. Based on this, we create clickable prototypes. Only after presenting these prototypes, we begin the design phase. We mainly use Figma for our design work, but also cool if you have some experience or interest in graphic designs and motion design.

All of this will be your responsibility as well!

What we’re looking for in a future colleague:

– You already have true commercial experience
– At least 0.5 years of experience in UI/UX design.

– Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.

– Experience in developing UX and UI for web and mobile interfaces, as well as prototyping.

– Experience in creating responsive web designs.

– Proficiency in Figma.
– Experience with animations

– A strong desire to stay updated on current trends in web design/mobile technologies.

– Eagerness to make independent project decisions and justify them.

– The ability to analyze the final business needs and align with them when working on a product.

– Teamwork skills, a willingness to grow, and a thirst for new knowledge.

Certainly, it will be a definite advantage if you have:

– Portfolio on Behance or Dribbble.

– Sketching and hand-drawing skills.

– Analytical thinking abilities.

You will be responsible for:

– Analyzing competitive products.

– Collaborating with stakeholders (development team and clients) to ensure a comfortable UX.

– Creating UX prototypes.

– Developing style guidelines and adhering to the specified style for the project.

– Designing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

– Balancing business needs with user pain points to create an optimal design.

– Creating graphic designs for the marketing department (banners, infographics, etc.).
