Key responsibilities:

– Participate in the development and execution of project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;

– Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and timelines;

– Familiarize yourself with current project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, actively supporting project execution;

– Proactively anticipate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the entire project lifecycle;

– Communicate efficiently with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals;

– Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates through project status reports;

– Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;

– 0-6 months of commercial experience (minimal experience will be a plus);

– At least B2 level of English;

– Excellent leadership and team management skills;

– Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools;

– Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technology implementation;

– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;

– Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;

– Certification in project management will be a plus;

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
