The FreySoft team is looking for a Lead Generation manager who will be responsible for developing long-term trusted relationships with new and existing clients, research leads. We work with both start-ups and established technology companies. Our main goal is to maximize a client’s business potential and to get the best results in terms of productivity. We have our own product that will also boost our success.

Main responsibilities:

– Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, leveraging various channels including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
– Strategize, execute, and optimize email campaigns to engage potential leads and drive conversion. Craft compelling and creative email content tailored to target audiences.
– Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests. Provide timely and efficient responses to ensure a positive client experience.
– Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and clients within our CRM system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
– Handle incoming requests and queries from external users of our product. Provide assistance and guidance as needed to ensure a seamless user experience.


– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prospects. Ability to build rapport and trust through written communication;
– Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, to effectively manage client interactions and data;
– Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
– Resourceful problem solver with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively;
Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written);
– Demonstrate creativity in responding to leads, and be ready to study and analyze data using sales intuition.
