Our client is an Asset Management department of one of the Top 20 world banks. The squad you’ll be working in will be created for the UK division of investment products.
Tech requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Lead our development teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices;
- Work with Product Owners to translate epics, and stories, and maintain the Product Backlog;
- Work with Product Owners to ensure stories are ready for Grooming meetings;
- Making sure everyone on the team understands the project goals and scope;
- Facilitates Scrum Events (Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospectives);
- Help the development teams to remove blockers, handle escalations, and works to protect the Development Teams and their sprint commitments;
- Reports sprint risks, interrupts, and cross-team dependencies to the department’s Senior Scrum Master.
