Required Skills:
● English level B2+ (upper-intermediate) is a must
● Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field
● Strong multitasking skills, and attention to detail
● Focus on results
Responsibilities:
● You will work mainly with searching for candidates and work in pairs with Recruiters (communication with candidates, initial assessment of the CV, conducting interviews, and support of Job Offers)
● Regular monitoring of the IT markets
● Creating new ways and approaches to attracting the best specialists
● Direct communication within different departments and clients (IT, Product, Finance, etc.)
● You have an opportunity to grow up to a full-cycle recruiter position or continue to increase your sourcing expertise
