About you:

Hard Skills:

• Strong proficiency with computers and digital tools

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience

Soft Skills:

• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment

• Quick to learn new concepts and open to new ideas

• Highly attentive to detail and accuracy

• Flexible, resourceful, and solution-oriented

Your daily tasks will include:

• Monitoring of payments KPIs using internal dashboards;

• Analysing data, identifying issues and proactively troubleshooting them;

• Collaborating with merchants, providers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues;

• Maintaining optimal transactions routing;

• Reconciling data from different sources.
