Business Analyst Our customer is a company that positions itself as a marketing and business communications partner which helps its clients to transform internal processes. For over 60 years our customer has been changing the way complex enterprises operate and communicate in financial services, retail, healthcare, energy, and the public sector.
The Client is planning to implement an internal dashboard to provide a new module in this eCommerce platform allowing their clients to have access to the ordering statistics in a graphical manner.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Defining business needs, and goals.
- Modeling business process.
- Elicitation and gathering requirements.
- Provide requirements analysis.
- Performing prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements.
- Monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
- Working with the approved backlog.
- Preparation of artifacts, and technical documentation.
- Performing presentations and demos to stakeholders.
- Communication with stakeholders and their engagement
- Set up and monitor the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
- Facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process. Manage project backlog.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Conducting the discovery phase for a particular feature and/or overall product.
