- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager of at least 3+ years;
- Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, and requirements management tools;
- Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle and the Agile methodology (especially Scrum);
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving;
- SQL Database skills (select with conditions, join`s, group, etc.), REST API, and GraphQL will be plus
- English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.

Business Analyst Fintech project, the purpose of which is to create and maintain banking platforms. Users are bank employees, which is about 10,000. The platform is used to serve clients of the bank who would like to invest their money in one of Canada’s largest banks.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Performing requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements.
- Establishing and monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
- Facilitating and leading the requirements elicitation process.
- Managing product and project scope.
- Preparation of artifacts, and technical documentation.
- Performing presentations and demos to stakeholders.
- Communication with stakeholders.
