Required skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- English level — upper intermediate or higher
- Experience working with Upwork and related platforms
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with CRM
- General understanding of design creating process
- Responsibility, result orientation, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities
- Preparation of high-level documentation, requirements gathering
- High-level negotiations
- Communication with clients
- Understanding of customers’ needs, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the services
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using our CRM solution
