Junior Product Designer

YOUR MISSION

As a junior Product Designer, you will be an integral part of the product team, supporting interface designs, UX, and graphic design projects. In our team environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and fellow designers to create, test, and iterate, seamless and visually appealing solutions. The role includes work under the supervision of our designer, with opportunities to take ownership of one of the company’s sub-products.

User research & prototyping

• Develop a sense of our strengths and identify opportunities for improvements
• Conduct researches (participate in user interviews, use analytics and HotJar)
• Identify problems and together with the team find ways to solve them
• Create and visualize User Flows
• Prototype multiple ideas, with stakeholders and customers, to validate product directions

Feedback analysis

• Process the data received during the research phase
• Iterate prototypes and solution ideas based on feedback

Design development

• Design features under the supervision of other stakeholders
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to define product strategy, scope, and prioritization
• Direct and permanent communication with stakeholders
• Contribute to the design system
• Create static graphic visuals for promo campaigns, landing pages and website
